Trivia questions

Some trivia questions are from Open Trivia Database (opentdb.com), licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Questions may have been edited, re-categorized, or had their answer choices reformatted for display. Any adapted versions of these questions are likewise available under CC BY-SA 4.0. No endorsement by Open Trivia Database or its contributors is implied.

Other questions are written by SmartyPints TV or by individual Venues, who are responsible for their own custom questions.

Music

Background music in our library is used under license from its respective rights holders. [List tracks, artists and license terms here if your music licenses require on-screen or written attribution.]

Advertisements and venue content

Advertisements, logos and other media shown on a Venue's TVs are provided by that Venue, and all trademarks and content belong to their respective owners. Venues are responsible for having the rights to the content they upload.
